We Care Support Empower

The Ghana Healthcare Community Leeds is a vibrant and diverse community of healthcare professionals who work and reside in the United Kingdom.

Our Vision

The organisation has a mission to enhance the well-being of its members, as well as their families and friends residing in both the UK and Ghana. It strives to support the professional development, career growth, and retirement of its members. In addition, the organisation aims to promote Ghanaian culture and traditions among the Diaspora through community activities held in both countries. The organisation intends to purchase and manage a community centre, which will be used for charitable purposes and other welfare groups within the Diaspora. Last but not least, the organisation collaborates with other community welfare groups in the UK and Ghana to support education, health promotion, and industry initiatives.

Our Values

We firmly believe in maintaining a positive and optimistic outlook in all of our conversations and discussions. Our relationships are built on dependability, high commitment, and consistency. We strive to be open-minded, respectful of individual rights, honest, creative, and loyal in all of our endeavours. We are accountable to our members, donors, sponsors, and statutory bodies. We take pride in our ability to serve and care for all those in our community, with honesty and diligence.
